These Times Bring
Much Shaking
This past week there were devastating earthquakes in Japan and Ecuador. On April 14 fore-shocks of 6.2 and 6.0 magnitude hit Japan. On April 15, a 7.0 quake hit. On April, 16, a 7.8 quake hit Ecuador. There is much death and destruction. Rescue efforts continue. Please pray for all families affected and for all rescue workers as they labor to save those trapped in the rubble. These quakes took place along the Pacific Ring of Fire where frequent earthquake and volcanic activity take place.

Who Controls Your Life?
Is Your Life Controlled by
God, You or the World?
It has been a little over a month since I have written and I am blessed to be back. I pray this finds you well and enjoying the summer. My prayers have been with you during this time for safety and peace. It is with a humble heart that I thank you for your prayer cover as well. With so much happening minute to minute in the world and in our country today, we must be ever diligent to stand our post as prayer warriors.

Do You Trust God
In the Depths of Your Heart?

Is Your Heart Fractured by Division?
Does Your Heart Beat With
Division or Unity?
As you read or hear of current events each day there is division everywhere. Our country is divided on seemingly every issue to include socio-economic, racial, political, sexual orientation and the list goes on. What is most troubling to me is the stark division within the body of Christ.
Christian division is global with one denomination pitted against another. Even within denominations there is strife. Worse yet is that within individual churches division reigns where hearts are cold to the teachings of Jesus. Being able to quote Scripture without living it is … Read the rest
Whose Time Are You On?
Is it Your Time or
God’s Perfect ‘Right on Time?!’
I pray this finds you well and prospering in all you encounter. This fall is proving to be a beautiful one in the Northeast both weather wise and in the display of God’s majesty of fall colors. As is common here I am trying to get some house projects finished before the snow flies. Had an interesting situation last week I would like to share with you.
An electric contractor was scheduled to start an all day job at 8 am. By 8:30 I decided to call just to make … Read the rest
See With Faith
How Do You See Life?
As An Uphill Climb or With Wings of Faith!
A woman at my yard sale was telling me she just wanted to live after dealing with a health issue. She wanted her old life back and did not want to incorporate changes that would make and keep her well. As she kept saying that she just wanted to live, I could not help but ask her if she was alive right now. She was stunned and after a little thought said yes she was. I suggested that she focus on the life she does have … Read the rest
Who Sits at Your Thanksgiving Table?
ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY
Greetings as we enter Thanksgiving week! It is hard to believe that we are swiftly moving into the holiday season for 2012. First and foremost please keep in prayer all still struggling with the devastation from hurricane Sandy, those without shelter, those alone and without family and those serving our country that will not be home this holiday season. It is easy to focus on our own life and forget that many walk alone during the holidays. Others are burdened by great hardship that is more readily apparent during this season. Do what you can to lighten … Read the rest
