Many have been on the far side of the desert for a very long time…in a wilderness place darkened by countless seemingly insurmountable trials.
But I,the Holy One of Israel, have kept My hand on each and every situation.
I, the Holy One of Israel, will bring you forth as gold tried in the fire. I will bring you forth purified, cleansed of all that cannot go forward with you.

Father God, we stand before You on the threshold of not only a new week but a new year and a new decade.
Thank You for bringing us to this place. Let us ever hold thanksgiving in our hearts for Who You are and Who You are in each of our lives.
Grant us Your vision for the days ahead. Envelop us in Your peace to proceed as You direct. Grace us to move forward with focus on the narrow path You set

There is a dairy in Southwest Virginia, Homestead Creamery, that puts out special Scripture bottles ever holiday season. The bottles appear around Thanksgiving and continue to be available through December for the current year.
Not all production includes this Scripture bottle so you have to keep an eye out for one. My favorite is their holiday egg nog.
This year each time I went to the grocery store they were sold out of the eggnog. One day I went to check, just in case, and lo and behold there were two holiday bottles of eggnog…only two! I picked them both

Many across the globe are persecuted and martyred for their Christian faith today. Countless Christians throughout the world do not have the opportunity to study and learn from the Holy Scriptures.
