The Facets of Fellowship

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Many of us will have the luxury of a long weekend this week as our country celebrates Columbus Day.  It is also Thanksgiving Day in Canada.  I could not help but think how thankful we should be to live in this great Nation.  How often do you really stop and thank God that you live in the bastion of freedom?  Freedom is our heritage.  May God hear from heaven and heal our land that we will remain the city on the hill in the world landscape!

Not only does our Nation need  healing but so does the landscape of each of our  individual hearts. Healing as individuals enables us to  heal corporately and rise up in this time to come forth victorious. There is … Read the rest

Be Established-Believe in Faith!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

I pray this finds you well and prospering as the days countdown toward the Presidential Election.  This week we will listen to the candidate debates.  As we pray for our Nation let us pray for wisdom and discernment for all who are participating in the debates and for all who are listening to what is being said.  May ears hear beyond the rhetoric and eyes see past the veil in Jesus’ name.  There has been much back peddling to change what we the people were originally told about the killings of our people at the United States … Read the rest

United We Stand in Freedom

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

The fall season is officially upon us this week. Temperatures shift.  Harvest preparations begin.  On Tuesday at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters begin the feast of Yom Kippur.  The Day of Atonement as presented in Leviticus 16:29-32, is a call to fast and pray for forgiveness.

This is a most solemn time yet a joyful time as there is a confidence that God will hear and position us for the next year.  It is a sacred time of at-one-ment with the Lord.  It is a humbling time that calls us to review the past year yet

See the Signs!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Tonight at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.  It is also the first of ten days of repentance culminating in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.  We in America are fifty days from the Presidential election on November 6, 2012.  I would ask that our corporate intention in Esther’s Warriors would be to spend the next ten days in a spirit of repentance both personally and for our Nation.

As the following forty days commence may we pray without ceasing for a turning back within our country to the God … Read the rest

Never Forget 9-11-01

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

On this anniversary of the horrific attacks on our Nation in 2001 let us pray for God’s continued safety for the United States of America.  Let us remember all who died on that day but will never be forgotten.  Pray for their families, friends and loved ones who forever hold them in their hearts.  Pray for all 9/11 survivors and first responders for peace and health.

The attacks on that day were aimed at the heart of the financial district in New York City, the heart of our military at the Pentagon and a failed attempt thwarted Read the rest

Unveil Your Heart

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

As we move into the last week of August the fall season is just ahead.  As with any seasonal shift there will be adjustments in our personal environment.  Depending on where you live this could mean a change to warmer clothing and crisp mornings.  School begins across the country as students settle into academic learning for another year.  Summer festivities come to an end and we look forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Maturity is Not a Number

As with any seasonal shift there is change.  As we journey through life we experience seasonal changes year to year … Read the rest

How is Your Root System?

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Blessings to you and yours.  We are moving through the last month of summer gatherings with family and friends.  Summer is a more light hearted time with much outdoor activity to enjoy.  It is a season with its own brand of pleasure, sights and tastes to delight everyone.  For many of us summer is a time to spend in nature.  Perhaps we garden to provide wholesome food for our family.  Perhaps we enjoy planting and nurturing a plethora of blooms and colors to enhance our little corner of the world.  Perhaps we just like to walk and … Read the rest

Be a Lush Garden

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Praying this finds you well and enjoying your summer.  It has surely been a hot summer with record setting drought throughout our country.  A drought in the natural results when there is not enough rain.  Without sufficient water the ground dries and hardens.  This hardening prevents the continued growth of what was previously planted.  It also cancels the possibility of new growth.

Let Your Heart Flourish

Just as a drought can take place in nature, it can also happen within our own heart (and it is always a heart issue).  Think about it.  If we do not

Grow in Stillness

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

“Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.”  (Job 37:14)  In the busy summer months it is good for us to “stand still” at times.  It is only in the stillness that we make a space to reflect.  God’s presence is all around us but if we stay in a whirlwind of activity coupled with emotional drama and mental gymnastics we can easily miss it.  He created us to be free.  He created us to be free enough to readily consider His wondrous works throughout our day.  My prayer is that we will each “stand still” … Read the rest
