United We Stand in Freedom

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

The fall season is officially upon us this week. Temperatures shift.  Harvest preparations begin.  On Tuesday at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters begin the feast of Yom Kippur.  The Day of Atonement as presented in Leviticus 16:29-32, is a call to fast and pray for forgiveness.

This is a most solemn time yet a joyful time as there is a confidence that God will hear and position us for the next year.  It is a sacred time of at-one-ment with the Lord.  It is a humbling time that calls us to review the past year yet

See the Signs!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Tonight at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.  It is also the first of ten days of repentance culminating in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.  We in America are fifty days from the Presidential election on November 6, 2012.  I would ask that our corporate intention in Esther’s Warriors would be to spend the next ten days in a spirit of repentance both personally and for our Nation.

As the following forty days commence may we pray without ceasing for a turning back within our country to the God … Read the rest

Never Forget 9-11-01

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

On this anniversary of the horrific attacks on our Nation in 2001 let us pray for God’s continued safety for the United States of America.  Let us remember all who died on that day but will never be forgotten.  Pray for their families, friends and loved ones who forever hold them in their hearts.  Pray for all 9/11 survivors and first responders for peace and health.

The attacks on that day were aimed at the heart of the financial district in New York City, the heart of our military at the Pentagon and a failed attempt thwarted Read the rest

The Essence of Labor Day is Work…We Did Build This Nation!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

I wish you a blessed Labor Day weekend.  May you enjoy the time with
family and friends but also remember what we are commemorating on Monday.  Established in 1894 as a Federal holiday, the intent of Labor Day is to honor the economic and social achievements and contributions of American workers to the strength, well-being and prosperity of America.

A strong work ethic and a fair wage for a day’s work lie deep in the fabric of our country.  Although not without challenges throughout our history, the American worker believes that having a job is a necessary … Read the rest

Grow in Stillness

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

“Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.”  (Job 37:14)  In the busy summer months it is good for us to “stand still” at times.  It is only in the stillness that we make a space to reflect.  God’s presence is all around us but if we stay in a whirlwind of activity coupled with emotional drama and mental gymnastics we can easily miss it.  He created us to be free.  He created us to be free enough to readily consider His wondrous works throughout our day.  My prayer is that we will each “stand still” … Read the rest

Happy July 4!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

I wish a very happy and safe July 4 to all across our nation and to those serving in our military abroad.  May we take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day: national independence and freedom.  Our freedom has come at a great price.  Many have fought and died throughout our history.  Many continue to fight, many come home permanently wounded.  Many give their lives so we can be free.

Our freedoms are being challenged in our country today.  One by one our choices are being taken away.  Let us purpose today to Read the rest

Close The Door On The Past

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Blessings to you and yours on this Sunday!  I pray that you are coming to a deeper level of trust in the Lord that will allow you to see His perfect plan for your life unfold.  When we truly trust Him we let go of any of our own preconceived ideas that we may have of what our life should look like.  Instead, we move forward with every confidence that He really is the author and finisher.  We are set free to move in that revelation!

It is one thing to be able to speak His promises … Read the rest
