See the Signs!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Tonight at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.  It is also the first of ten days of repentance culminating in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.  We in America are fifty days from the Presidential election on November 6, 2012.  I would ask that our corporate intention in Esther’s Warriors would be to spend the next ten days in a spirit of repentance both personally and for our Nation.

As the following forty days commence may we pray without ceasing for a turning back within our country to the God … Read the rest

The Essence of Labor Day is Work…We Did Build This Nation!

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

I wish you a blessed Labor Day weekend.  May you enjoy the time with
family and friends but also remember what we are commemorating on Monday.  Established in 1894 as a Federal holiday, the intent of Labor Day is to honor the economic and social achievements and contributions of American workers to the strength, well-being and prosperity of America.

A strong work ethic and a fair wage for a day’s work lie deep in the fabric of our country.  Although not without challenges throughout our history, the American worker believes that having a job is a necessary … Read the rest

As we move into the last week of August the fall season is just ahead.  As with any seasonal shift there will be adjustments in our personal environment.  Depending on where you live this could mean a change to warmer clothing and crisp mornings.  School begins across the country as students settle into academic learning for another year.  Summer festivities come to an end and we look forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Maturity is Not a Number

As with any seasonal shift there is change.  As we journey through life we experience seasonal changes year to year … Read the rest

What Can You Do For Your Country?

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

As the political debates heat up we move closer to the election that will determine who will sit in the White House for the next four years.  Now more than ever we need to be praying without ceasing that the chosen candidate will be one who will emulate the ideals on which this country was established.  “It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religion but on the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We shall not fight alone.  God presides over the destinies … Read the rest

All Things New

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Greetings on this International Youth Day!  Please take a moment to pray
for children around the world for salvation, safety, access to good water, nutrition, health care and education.  We sometimes lose sight of the overwhelming needs of youth who are challenged to just stay alive in untenable circumstances.  The youth are our future.  Let us pray a God-led path for each and every one of them in Jesus’s name.

It is easy to lose sight of God’s hand on our own life when the circumstances look askew.  Life takes turns that we certainly would not craft … Read the rest

Be a Lush Garden

ESTHER’S WARRIORS MINISTRY

Praying this finds you well and enjoying your summer.  It has surely been a hot summer with record setting drought throughout our country.  A drought in the natural results when there is not enough rain.  Without sufficient water the ground dries and hardens.  This hardening prevents the continued growth of what was previously planted.  It also cancels the possibility of new growth.

Let Your Heart Flourish

Just as a drought can take place in nature, it can also happen within our own heart (and it is always a heart issue).  Think about it.  If we do not
