Rather than 1) recounting all that is going wrong (believe me, He already knows more about it than you do); or, 2) all that you want Him to do in your situation in excruciating detail (again, He already knows more about what is needed and when), simply be still.
Simply sit in thanksgiving for all He is and has done for you and simply praise Him.
Then, be quiet.
Be really quiet.
It is only then that you can hear His still small voice.
