This week there were three known attacks by ISIS terrorists. There was a double suicide bomb attack in Beirut. A busy urban area was targeted. 43 died, over 200 were injured. At a Shiite funeral in Bagdad a funeral bomb left 19 dead and 41 wounded. ISIS claimed responsibility. In Paris there were at least three teams who carried out strategic and timed attacks killing 129 and wounding over 350, many critically. This day is set aside each year to honor those who have served in our Armed Forces to keep our country free. This holiday has undergone several changes. In the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day in the eleventh month of 1918 a truce or armistice took place between the Allied nations and Germany. I pray this finds you well today. In walking in my neighborhood I pass a certain tree every day. This spring I shared a photo with you of the beautiful heart shaped leaves. This fall I have been watching one particular leaf on this little tree. A spider has been weaving a web so intricately over the weeks.
