Daily Inspiration-“Now It Came to Pass…”

Throughout the Bible it is written, “Now it came to pass…”

There is a “now” moment in every situation.  It comes suddenly.  It comes now.  It does not tarry but comes at the appointed time…God’s perfect now moment.

So do not give up.  Do not become weary.  Press forward.  Stand firm.

For it is written:

Now it came to pass…”

Daily Inspiration-Go and Be Healed!

Remember the story of the woman with the issue of blood?  She had suffered with her infirmity for twelve long years.  She suffered much at the hands of many doctors and spent all her money.  The scripture tells us that she actually became worse in her affliction.

In this time in history she was considered unclean and not to be among the populace.  Yet, when she heard about Jesus she determined to follow Him.  She knew if she could just touch the very hem of His garment she would be healed.  Her faith had been sharpened through much adversity.  Her

‘Pray the States!’

In Esther’s Warriors Ministry, we began in 2012 ‘praying the states’ for healing for our Nation.   Queen Esther went before the king to intercede for her people.    We go before the King to intercede for our Nation ‘for such a time as this’ (Esther 4:14).  We pray for each state in the order of admission to the Union and will continue.  Our Nation more than ever needs consistent, diligent prayer cover state by state.

Daily Inspiration-What Troubles You?

Troubled by something?  Run it past these criteria:

1) Would you feel comfortable discussing it with Jesus?  If not, decide to let it go.  Often, we ruminate over very inconsequential issues in the scheme of all things.   Therefore, they are probably not things you would even want to share with the Lord.  He knows anyway.

2) Does this issue have any eternal implications?   If not, walk away.  Release it.  It is not worth your time, energy, or potential anxiety.  Perhaps this is just a refining moment to grow you and move you forward.  How you handle a situation will have

Daily Inspiration-The Most Important Decision You Will Ever Make!

People can be cruel.  People can be thoughtless.  People can be disrespectful. Just keep yourself safe.  Do not accept toxicity directed at you as OK behavior.  Toxic behavior is never OK!  Do not respond in kind as that only keeps the toxicity swirling and escalating over time.  If necessary, seek professional help and move to be safe.  Most importantly, seek the Lord and let Him guide your steps to safety under the shadow of His wings.

Pray for others but do not, under any circumstance, let them abuse you.  Jesus tells us to pray for those who have malicious intent

Daily Inspiration-Choose Your Confidants Wisely!

Be careful with whom you share your concerns.  Most people will just use your struggles to gossip about you.  Use discernment.  If they talk to you about others, they will talk to others about you.

Choose your confidants wisely!

For it is written:

“The righteous should choose his friends carefully, for the way of the wicked leads them astray.”

Proverbs 12:26

Daily Inspiration-How Is Your Thought Pattern?

Do you ever find yourself in a situation that leads you to spiral down a negative path in your mind?  Do your thoughts swirl so swiftly that you can relate to the term, “head spinning?”  You may even find yourself directing all your undesirable energy toward a person whom you feel to be responsible for the situation or irresponsible in their part in it.  Often, this can lead to full blown anxiety.

Does any of this sound familiar?  I know that I can quite easily go down a path of rumination at such a rapid pace that I am not

Daily Inspiration-Turn It Off!

When sharing a meal with someone, turn off your phone.  They are sharing minutes of their life with you…minutes they can never get back.  Honor that gift with your presence.

To be present in the moment is to be open to let the Lord work through you all and edify, encourage and grow each through conversation and companionship.

Too often I observe people in restaurants so engrossed in their cell phones that they never even acknowledge those at the table.   Entire families sit at their tables, each on their phone. It would be cheaper to stay home and ignore each
