In Esther’s Warriors Ministry we are ‘praying the states’ for healing for our Nation. Queen Esther went before the king to intercede for her people. We go before the King to intercede for our Nation ‘for such a time as this’ (Esther 4:14). We pray weekly by state in the order of admission to the Union.

This coming week is Constitution Week in the United States of America. The celebration of Constitution Week was officially signed into Public Law on 8/2/56, by then President Dwight D. Eisenhower. It is a week set aside each year to commemorate the signing of the Constitution on September 17, 1787. Thirty nine brave men signed the document that would serve this great nation through generations. It was written for those who are born citizens in the United States or by naturalization, have become citizens.

Today is POW/MIA Recognition Day. This day was established by Congress in Section 1082 of the 1998 Defense Authorization Act. Each third Friday in September is set aside to remember those of our service men and women who did not return home to their families. Countless were taken as prisoners of war and never brought home. Countless others remain missing in action.
