This final week of Advent is represented by love. The most unconditional, never failing, always present love of Jesus Christ for you blankets not only this week but each and every day of the year. His is such an all-encompassing love that you cannot even understand the height, depth or width of the Savior’s love for you. It goes beyond the ends of the earth. It is eternal.
Think about that for a minute. Let it sink deep into your heart. It does not matter what is going on around you at this
For those of you who are not on certain Social Media sites, I publish “Short Takes” every day. Below are the takes for last week. Also are included links to short posts “From the Archives of Esther’s Warriors Ministry.” I pray they bless you and keep you striving toward a full Kingdom walk ‘for such a time as this!’
God Bless,
Michele

Can you sense the frenzy in the air as Christmas gets closer? Frantic shoppers, last minute attempts to do a week’s worth of things in a day, inattentive drivers…it seems as if an atmosphere of crazy has enveloped the city.
Sadly, in America especially, we seem to have lost the true meaning of Christmas. It is not about the latest electronic gadget. It is not about showering people with material things that they may not need or even want and will forget an hour after opening.
Step back, exhale, savor a cup of tea and regroup. Think about the real
A major disappointment is often a Divine appointment in disguise. If you only look at the natural situation you will only see a worldly view. Things happen for many reasons. Often, there is a lesson to be learned…an opportunity to grow and change in a positive direction.
If you live Kingdom you do not get entangled with earthy drama. You may even have to walk away from what would appear to be right according to worldly standards. To live Kingdom often requires the opposite action and outcome on your part. To live Kingdom is to bring the Kingdom of God
As Christmas draws closer, please take a moment to be sensitive to those who face challenges whether health, financial or relational. Christmas is a wonderful, joyful season but for many it is a difficult time of the year and the added stress can be overwhelming.
Step back a bit and be cognizant of the true needs of others. I spoke yesterday with a woman whose husband just went home to be with the Lord, a hardworking father of 4 who had no extra money for Christmas and a man whose son just passed as well. Some have lost loved ones
In Esther’s Warriors Ministry, we began in 2012 ‘praying the states’ for healing for our Nation. Queen Esther went before the king to intercede for her people. We go before the King to intercede for our Nation ‘for such a time as this’ (Esther 4:14). We pray for each state in the order of admission to the Union and will continue. Our Nation more than ever needs consistent, diligent prayer cover state by state.
Here we are in the third week of Advent already! I pray that amidst the preparations for Christmas you are staying focused on the real ‘reason for the season.’ May this phrase never become a cliché that is spoken in haste without a real understanding and depth of awareness of Jesus Christ this season and always. May He reign in your heart and bring immeasurable joy minute by minute into your life.
Joy is the focus of this third week of Advent. Joy is a feeling of great happiness. Joy is exhilarating. Joy

~You do not know until you know. ~Worry not in the interim. ~Actually, “Worry not.” ~ Jesus
~To live with hope is to live with expectation refusing to accept defeat!
Life is precious. Life is so very sacred. How do you spend your life minutes? Are you thankful? Are you joyful? Or, do you incessantly complain about your job, coworkers, family members and friends?
A very special person in my life, who I have known since he was a little boy, just passed from this world. He was like a son to me. Throughout his life, but especially in the months preceding his death, we were blessed to have some deep conversations. He said he was not angry with God at all about his situation or whatever the outcome. He
This is a season of blessings and miracles. Take time to be grateful for the everyday miracles in your life. I see and hear much in ministry about the challenges people face every day.
Many of us will never know the challenge of being confined to a wheelchair or being unable to hear or speak or see. Countless live with chronic pain that limits their life and ability to interact with others. Countless others are challenged with anxiety, addiction, PTSD. The list goes on.
Whatever may be your challenge, never let it define you for you are so much more
