Inauguration Day 2017!
As I watched the pre-Inauguration events yesterday I was overwhelmed. As soon to be President Trump spoke directly to all the people of the United States, he also gave a heartfelt thank you to our military for their service. As he spoke, “You‘re not forgotten anymore,” cheers arose from the crowd. Throughout the evening, ‘God bless America’ rang out. The event culminated with the Battle Hymn of the Republic and fireworks spelling out USA, I was proud to be an American.
