In unpacking and settling in my new home I came across my collection of dance boots. At one time I was an avid dancer. With a love for music I found dancing to be a great stress reliever. My instructors were a very special Christian couple so the music played created an uplifting atmosphere.

My prayer for you is for a blessed month of May! With winter just a memory; the world comes forth with new life. The melodious sound of chirping birds can dispel any downtrodden mood. I pray this finds you well and living each day freer of burdensome heart issues (for it is always a heart issue). Releasing negativity from your heart is a lifelong process. Do not get discouraged if you seem to go backward at times. Repent, pick up where you are and move forward with His grace and mercy.
