In What Way Are You Walking?
Do you ever wonder which way to go in any given situation? How can you know the way? Jesus says that He is the way. To know Him is to know the way. Reread that a few times. It reflects the simplicity of His message. To know Him is to know the way. It is that simple yet in life do you tend to complicate? It is easy to ruminate on an issue and rabbit trail swiftly down a path of turmoil and confusion. Fear and anxiety increase. That is not the way He would have you go.
He Is the Way!
To know Him is to know the way. Only through a close relationship with Him can you begin to know Him and the way He would have you follow. Your relationship with Him must be a personal one. It is good to worship corporately and fellowship with other believers but if that is where you efforts end you have no personal relationship with Jesus. He did not give up His life for a religion. He died for your eternal salvation. What He did for you is very personal. What He desires from you is a very personal relationship with Him.
There is no shortcut to this sacred relationship. It takes commitment. It takes time. It takes a heartfelt desire to know the One who died to set you free. It is always a heart issue. In this arena of sacred relationship what is foremost in your heart is what will determine the way you proceed. As in any relationship a daily renewal is required. To deepen and enrich this most important of all relationships in your life you must stay in daily communion with Him.
He Is The Truth!
When you live in close relationship with the Lord, His Spirit helps you discern the truth in any given situation. Jesus is truth. The devil is the lie. Through lies and deception the enemy will keep you in fear and uncertainty. Step back. Seek the Lord in solitude and let His truth permeate your situation and your heart. Let His truth set you free and give you His perspective. Let His truth break every yoke of the enemy in your life in Jesus’ name!
He is the Life!
Jesus came to give you life and to give you life more abundantly. The abundant life is one of deep communion with Him. The abundant life is one that changes and molds your heart from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh filled with His compassion and love for others. The riches of the abundant life in Christ are readily seen in the fruit of the spirit lived out in your life. He is the life. Let Him change your life.
It Is Never Too Late To Enter Relationship with Jesus
People often tell me they do not know how to pray, how to speak to Him, where to begin. Think about a close friend in your life right now. How do you communicate with that person? Remember, God created you and knows you better than you know yourself. Nothing you can say to Him will be a surprise. As He loves you unconditionally He wants to hear the deepest concerns of your heart. As you pour out to Him He will begin to communicate with you in a still small voice. This can take some time so do not be discouraged.
Repent of any wrong you may have done. Acknowledge that you believe that He died for your sins. Welcome Him into your heart and let Him change your life. If you have walked with Him some time take today to renew your commitment to Him.
Thank Him always for what He is doing in your life. Commit to daily reading of the Word of God. Learn what He says to you in His holy scripture. Praise Him for Who He is. Worship Him. Listen for Him. Remember, a relationship is two sided. Allow Him the room to guide you and show you the way. To know Him is to know the way. He is the way, the truth and the life.

A Prayer Request
Thank you for your continued faithfulness to pray. Please keep all who serve our country, our servicemen and women and their families in prayer for salvation and safety. They are our front-line on the battlefield, let us be their front-line in the spirit. Also, let us cover all who have come home wounded that they and their families will receive the kindness, help and support they need to go forward in their lives. God bless all our diplomatic and military personnel and their families. May the Lord keep them safe.
Pray for all throughout the world for hedges of protection against radical Islamic extremists and all forms of terrorism. Pray for Christians who face violence and death for their faith. We have long prayed for spiritual victory over radical Islam in Esther’s Warriors Ministry. We now see the reality of this threat come to the forefront in this time in world history. As Iranians and Islamic extremists are shouting ‘Death to America,’ let us speak life, hope and a return to God in America!
Please pray for all in authority over us, for the full truth to come forth concerning Benghazi. May God richly bless the United States of America, bring to light every single crooked place and keep her safe. The lives lost in Benghazi, the continuing targeting of conservative groups by the Internal Revenue Service, Operation Fast and Furious, the Department of Justice targeting journalists phone records, the National Security Agency overstepping its legal authority are hardly “phony scandals.” We continue to pray for truth to prevail in each of these situations. Pray for the families who have lost loved ones, for those relentlessly targeted and for all of us who are proud to call ourselves American.
May we may arise united once again as One Nation Under God in this auspicious season in our country’s history. These are treacherous times and now more than ever we must maintain our walk with the Lord, saturate this country in prayer and stand for all that is right in America. Fail not in this hour.
Pray for peace in Israel. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Please Join Me In Prayer
Father we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your Son, Jesus Christ. Convict us to put You first above all else in our life. Let us deepen our relationship with You and follow Your lead. Whether we have walked with You one minute or for a lifetime equip us to hear only Your voice in these times. Grant us Your wisdom and discernment as we walk the narrow path that leads to life. Lead us to pray without ceasing for our brothers and sisters who suffer at the hands of Islamic terrorists. Open the eyes of our leaders to arise in this season to defend the very belief in You upon which our Nation is founded. Thank You for keeping Your hand on America. We humbly pray this in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen and Amen.
