Father God, as we begin this new month in the season of Lent, teach each of us to leave all behind that is not of You. Equip us to go forward as a new creation ever ready to hear Your voice and follow Your direction.
We thank You that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, to bring salvation to a lost and dying world. Cleanse our hearts of all worldly enticements and grant that we may put Jesus ever first.
We open our heart today to the fullness of discipleship with the Lord. Let us not look to the left or to the right but stay ever focused on Jesus. Let us be a pure reflection of Your teachings as we live our daily life.
Where relationships are broken, let us bring reconciliation.
Give us wisdom and discernment to be Your ambassadors to bring Your Kingdom to earth as it is in heaven “for such a time as this!”
Now is the time. We are your people. Open our ears to hear and follow what the Spirit of the Lord would direct in Jesus’ mighty name.

Pray for America:
“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

For our Nation we pray in accordance with 2 Chronicles 7:14. Let us each come humbly before You with repentant hearts and seek Your face that You will hear from heaven and heal our land.
Let us stand strong in Your grace.
Let us lay down our weapons of division.
Let us unite to arise as Your Army to take back the territory.
Let us press forward in the name of the Lord.
We pray this in Jesus’ mighty name.

It Is Never Too Late!
If you have not yet made the decision to accept Jesus Christ into your heart, do it now. Do not wait another minute. Speak to Him from your heart (for it is always a heart issue). Tell Him you have fallen short in your life. Sincerely apologize for your sins. Ask Him to cleanse you and come into your heart and be Lord over your life. From this moment forward, let His Spirit guide you along the narrow road that leads to everlasting life.
