Let Us Never Forget
Our Fallen 9/11/01, 9/11/12
This week on September 11, we set time aside to remember the terrorist attacks on the United States of America on September 11, 2001. Please observe a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 am Eastern Daylight Time to remember the innocent victims who lost their lives in New York City, Pennsylvania and at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Pray for those they left behind that day. They will forever bear the scars of their loss.
Also, please remember the four Americans, U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith and Glen Doherty, killed in a brutal terrorist attack on our United States Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012. Pray for their loved ones who will forever grieve their loss.
Be of Service this Patriot Day!
Public Law 107-89, approved on December 18, 2001, designates September 11 each year as “Patriot Day.” Public Law 111-13, approved on April 21, 2009, recognizes September 11 as a “National Day of Service and Remembrance.” This is a solemn day in our Nation each year. It is not only a day of remembrance but also a day to honor our country and the service people who stepped up on that horrific day in 2001. True American spirit rose up strong to unify our country and help those injured and grieving. Volunteers came from all over the Nation to assist and rebuild what had been so violently dismantled.
This day is also one on which you can seek ways to serve. No matter where you are there is something you can do to contribute to keep this country free.
It is through unity of purpose that we will survive these times.
There is No Doubt that You Are Here
‘For Such a Time as This!’
In this season we face many threats as terrorism continues to rise rapidly across the world. We watch in horror as genocide spreads unchecked by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). We watched in disbelief as two American journalists, James Foley and Steven Sotloff, were beheaded by Islamic extremists. There is indication that ISIS is on our southern borders planning to attack our country. Some reports show ISIS well within our borders already.
It is no longer 1950 and we cannot bury our heads and ignore the fact that we must step up in this season and pray in agreement for the Lord’s hand to be on His people. We must step up in this season and pray in agreement for hedges of protection around those who follow Him. We must step up in this season and pray in agreement that we will be the light shining forth in a much darkened world.
Esther’s Warriors Ministry has long stood in the gap for America. We pray without ceasing for spiritual victory over radical Islam and the revolutionary Muslim Community. There is no doubt that if you are reading this you are chosen and positioned on this planet, in this place, ‘for such a time as this.’ What is happening across the world affects us all.
In God We Trust!
This month and year mark the 200th anniversary of The Star Spangled Banner being written, “In Defense of Fort McHenry,” by Francis Scott Key in September, 1814. In 1931 Congress proclaimed it the U.S. National Anthem. I would like to draw attention to the last stanza which states, “And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.””
Without God we will not continue as the land of the free and the home of the brave. Each and every one of us is responsible in our own sphere of influence to be an ambassador for Christ. Not only must you pray. You are called to be His representative on earth, open to let Him work through you. You are His hands, His healing touch, His compassionate heart to bind wounds and heal others.
Where you are should be holy ground because, if you truly follow Him and allow Him to live through you, He is present. Where He is it is holy. Thus where you are is holy. Think about that for a minute or two. The Lord has given you a significant assignment. Never look at what you do from a worldly perspective. Your Kingdom mission shines far above any earthly situation.
This week arise to the fullness of who you are in the Kingdom of God.
Look for ways to serve this Nation ‘for such a time as this.’ Be His ambassador to all you encounter. May God richly bless you and keep you under the shadow of His wings. May He forever keep us the land of the free and the home of the brave!

A Prayer Request
Thank you for your continued faithfulness to pray. Please keep all who serve our country, our diplomatic corps, our servicemen and women and their families in prayer for salvation and safety. They are our front-line on the battlefield, let us be their front-line in the spirit. Also, let us cover all who have come home wounded that they and their families will receive the kindness, help and support they need to go forward in their lives. May the Lord bless them and keep them safe.
Pray for all throughout the world for hedges of protection against radical Muslim extremists and all forms of terrorism. We have long prayed for spiritual victory over radical Islam in Esther’s Warriors Ministry. We now see the reality of this threat come to the forefront in this time in world history..
Please pray for all in authority over us, for the full truth to come forth concerning Benghazi. We as Americans and the families of those murdered in Benghazi deserve to be told the truth. Pray that God will open doors to let the truth on all that has been hidden flow for all of us in this United States of America! The truth shall keep us free.
Pray for peace in Israel. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Pray for Iraqi Christians and all throughout the world that face violence and death for their faith.
May God richly bless the United States of America, bring to light every single crooked place and keep her safe. May we arise united once again as One Nation Under God in this auspicious season in our country’s history. We continue to pray for truth to prevail as we saturate this country in prayer and stand for all that is right in America and for all of us who call ourselves American. These are treacherous times and now more than ever we must maintain our walk. Fail not in this hour.
Please Join Me in Prayer
Father God, We thank You that You have placed us here in this season. Let us be beacons of light in this darkened world. Grace us to arise in this auspicious season to stand in the gap for our country. Thank You that You hear our prayers as they rise to Your throne room as sweet incense. Give us a servant’s heart for our families, communities, country and all in need. Quicken each one of us to walk in the fullness of all You have ordained. We thank You that You keep Your hand on this United States of America and that we will remain One Nation Under God. Raise us up in fullness ‘for such a time as this.’ We pray this in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen and Amen.
