Daily Inspiration-If Your Focus is Protesting, Stop!

There is an undercurrent within the body of Christ which has those who sadly focus on the ‘protest ‘in Protestant use their platform to denigrate Catholicism. There is bad doctrine on both sides of the aisle.
To continue to highlight all that is wrong is to negate the saving power of Jesus Christ. This power is alive and well on both sides.
Rather than continuing to promote division, especially in the season we are in, let us put down the diatribe of separation and come together with what we have in common. Jesus came to bring salvation irrespective of your denomination.
If you are still ‘protesting’ after all these decades, get over it and move forward. Imagine our unified witness if we each followed the Great Commission to take the gospel to the entire world instead of gleefully joining the perpetual infighting. Only the enemy finds this to be positive. While the debate rages, the world languishes.
Let your focus be on Jesus Christ to walk in His way and live out His will for your life!
