Weaving A Tapestry

Weaving a Tapestry

Who Designs the Tapestry

Of Your Life?

I pray that your January is progressing well and that you are staying warm.  With record low temperatures please pray safety for all in our Nation.  So much is happening in the world.  Each day there is news of terrorism and the rise of radical Islam.  Societal morals seem to be careening out of control at break neck speed.  Who can find a trustworthy person?

More and more as society breaks down many Christians follow the ways of the world.  There is a blurred line today between the opinion of man and the Word of God.  Where are you?  Where do you stand in these times?  Is your life thread woven based on the world or the Word?  Who designs the tapestry of your life?

To stand firm in your beliefs and follow Christ takes great fortitude.  It is not a walk that is easy, yet it is a walk that has eternal implications. In these times we are becoming fewer in number as many do fall away.  To truly follow Him without Pharisaical legalism can only be done through a close relationship with Him.

A relationship with a church or a building is not the answer.

We are called to maintain fellowship with other true believers but not as a replacement for a sacred relationship with Jesus Christ.

Be Present in His Presence

Keep the world outside the door of your heart.  Your heart is created to be holy-sanctified-set apart-hemmed in by His presence and His Word.  Take time alone to commune with Him.  Sit in His presence, walk in His presence and live in His presence.  Abundant life  is in His presence.

With focus set on Him you will move through situations.  Do not park.  Do not get stuck. Do not look back.  Keep moving forward.

Worrying about, talking about and ruminating about someone or something will only stop the forward flow of your life.  It will become a huge knot in your life tapestry.  It may even become an irreparable hole.  Release all that has gone before.  It is over.  Dwelling on it only stifles your life in the present.

Commit this month to start 2015 dedicated to opening your heart to The One who will go before you this year.  Within a committed heart a tapestry unfolds, woven with new threads of highest elegance and grace.  Lydia sold the finest purple thread to Kingdom royalty.  Kingdom people are a royal priesthood and a holy nation.  In this year a new tapestry, a new anointing, a new level of depth is woven in those with a heart open to God.  Threads of the finest silver and gold and purple He will weave within your spirit.

A rich tapestry unfolds as you open your heart to God.  Let all unfold by His hand.  Worry not.  Just follow Him.  That is really all He requires.  In following Him all unfolds in His plan, His will and His timing.  There is no need to integrate your will.  He has it all covered.  Trust Him.

“Let the Worshipers Arise!”

Not only was Lydia a seller of purple.  She was also a worshiper “whose heart God opened.”  Worship clears the atmosphere for His presence.  Be present to His presence.

Let God open your heart (for it is always a heart issue!).  All else will unfold when you are set in His presence.

So much before has been training to stand immovable in His presence so He can move in your situation.

Stand therefore as he weaves the new tapestry for you, around you, in your and through you.  Only He knows the plans He has for you.  His plan is for hope and a future in Him.

As we enter this week, let us cover each other in prayer.  Let us commit to seek open hearts for God to work in and through.  May God mightily use us to bring His Kingdom to earth as it is in heaven ‘for such a time as this!’  May He richly bless you this week and always.

A Prayer Request

Thank you for your continued faithfulness to pray. Please keep all who serve our country, our diplomatic corps, our servicemen and women and their families in prayer for salvation and safety. They are our front-line on the battlefield, let us be their front-line in the spirit. Also, let us cover all who have come home wounded that they and their families will receive the kindness, help and support they need to go forward in their lives. May the Lord bless them and keep them safe.

Pray for all throughout the world for hedges of protection against radical Muslim extremists and all forms of terrorism. We have long prayed for spiritual victory over radical Islam in Esther’s Warriors Ministry. We now see the reality of this threat come to the forefront in this time in world history.

Please pray for all in authority over us, for the full truth to come forth concerning Benghazi. We as Americans and the families of those murdered in Benghazi deserve to be told the truth. Pray that God will open doors to let the truth on all that has been hidden flow for all of us in this United States of America! The truth shall keep us free.

Pray for peace in Israel.  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.  Pray for Christians throughout the world who face violence and death for their faith.

May God richly bless the United States of America, bring to light every single crooked place and keep her safe. May we arise united once again as One Nation Under God in this auspicious season in our country’s history. We continue to pray for truth to prevail as we saturate this country in prayer and stand for all that is right in America and for all of us who call ourselves American. These are treacherous times and now more than ever we must maintain our walk. Fail not in this hour.  #Pray for America.
