This week is a solemn week in America as we remember lives lost on September 11, 2001 in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C., as well as on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi.  We continue to pray for the families and friends who lost their loved ones and for the full truth to come forth concerning Benghazi.

The fall season is officially upon us this week. Temperatures shift.  Harvest preparations begin.  On Tuesday at sundown our Jewish brothers and sisters begin the feast of Yom Kippur.  The Day of Atonement as presented in Leviticus 16:29-32, is a call to fast and pray for forgiveness.

This is a most solemn time yet a joyful time as there is a confidence that God will hear and position us for the next year.  It is a sacred time of at-one-ment with the Lord.  It is a humbling time that calls us to review the past year yet
