Recover Your Vision for the Savior is Coming!

Praying this finds you prepared for Christmas or at least well on the way.
Christmas preparations in the natural can be overwhelming as the time
counts down.  Food, cards, gifts, annual connections  can be head spinning if we lose our spiritual focus on the true meaning of this season.

Jesus came to the earth to set us free from the tyranny and devastation of sin and damnation, of being manipulated by worldly activity around us.   He tells us in John 10:10, “The thief does not come except to steal and to
kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they [we] may have life, and that they [we] may have it more abundantly.”  If you are feeling as if your joy has been stolen, your dreams have been put down, and your vision has been crushed, the enemy is at work.  If you feel overwhelmed by a carnal view of Christmas that requires excess on every level, step back and remember Who we serve and how we are to serve as Kingdom emissaries
while on this earth.

We are to love one another.   “This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”  (John 15:12)  What better time than Christmas to share ourselves with others allowing the love and light of Christ to shine through and touch their hearts despite circumstances?  As the days count down toward the 25th check your heart (and it is always a heart issue).  If it is out of sync with His Kingdom agenda it is never too late to realign with Him.    Reconnect with Him and recommit to His Kingdom agenda for your life.  Let this auspicious season be one of love and joy for you and all you encounter.  Take back your joy, reclaim your dreams and recover your vision for the Savior is coming!

Thank you for your faithful commitment to pray.   May the Lord richly bless you and your loved ones now and always.  Please continue to hold our service men and women in prayer for safety and the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.  “And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.”  (Acts 20:32)
