Do You Have Radical Faith?

Crazy Faith

Is Your Faith on Fire

Or Is It Lukewarm?

Do you ever feel as if your faith is shrinking and giving way to fear?  Are the circumstances all around you suddenly overwhelming?  Far too often you can live affected by what you see rather than what you believe.  Radical faith brings you above what you see with your eyes.  Radical faith enables you to close your eyes and open your heart to God’s possibilities.  Radical faith is the kind of faith that will get you through the season you are in now and the changes that are coming.

Plant Your Feet Firmly

Today more than ever it is incumbent on every believer to line up with the Word of God.  Living with one foot in the world and one in the Kingdom will no longer suffice (not that it ever did).  Far too many who profess to be Christian remain ensnared by worldly enticements to include gossip, addiction, immorality, indebtedness and the like.  These lures into the world weaken faith at every level.  These worldly temptations dilute your relationship with the Lord.  It is impossible to live holy when you allow open doors to the world in your spiritual foundation.

The more open doors you allow, the more entry you are permitting for the enemy to wreak havoc in your life.

Let me be clear.  I in no way want to elevate the enemy to have any power over you or your life.  However, you know that he does roam the earth like a lion to seek those he can devour.  It is up to you to maintain mighty hedges of protection and a firm foundation to safeguard your life.  This requires work on your part.

What Do You Do Daily?

There is no easy way to walk the Kingdom road.  Study the Word daily, make prayer a daily priority, daily praise and worship the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Note the word daily.  A close personal relationship with the Lord is a daily relationship.  He is not just Who you call on when you want something done swiftly.  God knows what you need. Often, what you need is not what you think you want.  Also, His timing is always right on time. However, it rarely lines up with the time frame you may plead for in prayer.

To walk in radical faith you must maintain that close daily relationship.  To walk in radical faith ‘you know that you know that you know’ that God has His hand on your situation and will turn all around for good if you  love Him and are called according to His purpose.  To have radical faith you must close your eyes and open your heart to His promises.

Claim them, hold them close in your heart (it is always a heart issue), and walk them out.  Let no one take His promises from you.  They are yes and amen to those who believe.

Drastic Times Call for Drastic Measures

If you are facing a challenging battle surround yourself with strong faith filled warriors who can pray you up and pray with you through.  Whatever is at your gate, know that God is with you through it.

He will bring you through to victory.  What is He asking you to step out in faith about?  Do you have the radical faith needed to step up and step out?  I pray that you will grow exponentially in your faith journey.  I pray that you will be anointed with radical faith.  Close your eyes and open your heart.

It Is Never Too Late!

If you have not yet made the decision to accept Jesus into your heart, do it now.  Do not wait another minute.  Speak to Him from your heart (for it is always a heart issue).  Tell Him you have fallen short in your life.  Sincerely apologize for your sins, ask Him to cleanse you and come into your heart and into your life.  From this moment forward let His Spirit guide you along the narrow road that leads to everlasting life.

Quotes to Ponder This Week

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”  ~Jesus, Matthew 11:28

“Have faith in God.  For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says.  Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”  ~Jesus, Mark 11:22-24

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” ~Jesus, John 14:27

“As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.” ~Colossians 2:6-7

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope, without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”  ~Hebrews 10:23

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of god, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.”  ~1Peter 2:9-10

“For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength.”  ~Isaiah 30:15

“You are Lord and You are mighty and You are merciful.  Raise up all who would call upon Your name.  Raise up those that love You and seek You and trust You.  Lord, we need an army of believers that would stand on Your Word above all else.  Raise up warriors, Lord, who will fight on their knees; who will worship You with their whole hearts, Lord.  Lord, call us to battle that we may proclaim the King of kings and the Lord of lords.  Raise them up, Lord.  Raise them up!”  ~Miss Clara, War Room the Movie

“Surely this is a time of bewilderment. It is a time of great material progress and moral and spiritual decay…The one unfailing antidote for despair is faith-faith that, beyond our power to understand, God’s purpose is being worked out…Faith does not save us from being perplexed, but it does save us from slipping into the abyss of despair.”  ~Clyde V. Hickerson, Baptist Temple, San Antonio, Texas,  Strength for Service to God and Country, 1942, 9/14

Some Things You May Have Missed This Week

More Islamic Indoctrination in Our Public Schools?  Excerpt:  “In fact, children are being forced to learn how to convert to Islam and recite that “Allah is the only God.”   Religious liberty must be protected and Islamic indoctrination must be stopped.” ~Jay Sekulow, ACLJ    http://aclj.org/

O  “Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei isn’t hiding his true feelings about America, Israel, or the nuclear deal in the hands of Congress right now. This week in meetings about the deal, he arrogantly declared that Israel wouldn’t even exist in 25 years! … He also says that the U.S. is the Great Satan. As we remember the tragedy of 9/11, it is hard to believe that this administration is even considering a nuclear deal with the country many say is the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism. They have been designated as a sponsor of terrorism by our own State Department since 1984! Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) said it well yesterday—“I cannot in good conscience agree to Iran receiving up to $100 billion in funds that everyone knows will be used, at least in some part, to continue funding terrorism and further destabilize the Middle East.” I can’t believe that our president and members of Congress who support this are so blind to the truth. Making a deal with Iran is like making a deal with the devil.”  ~Franklin Graham

“I call on all Muslims who can harm the countries of the crusader coalition not to hesitate. We must now focus on moving the war to the heart of the homes and cities of the crusader West and specifically America.” ~ Ayman al-Zawahri , The current leader of Al Qaeda

O  “Pastors and all Americans must wake up to the reality of expanding efforts to cleanse our nation of all moral truth.  When pastors and all Christians…are forced by government agents to renounce sharing the very reality of sin, they are in fact being prohibited from sharing the healing and life-changing potential of redemption.”  ~ Sam Rohrer, American Pastors Network President

A Prayer Request

Thank you for your continued faithfulness to pray.  Please keep all who serve our country, our servicemen and women and their families in prayer for salvation and safety.  They are our front-line on the battlefield, let us be their front-line in the spirit.  Also, let us cover all who have come home wounded that they and their families will receive the kindness, help and support they need to go forward in their lives.  God bless all our diplomatic and military personnel and their families.  May the Lord keep them safe.

Pray for all throughout the world for hedges of protection against radical Islamic extremists and all forms of terrorism.   Pray for Christians who face violence and death for their faith.  We have long prayed for spiritual victory over radical Islam in Esther’s Warriors Ministry. We now see the reality of this threat come to the forefront in this time in world history.  As Iranians and Islamic extremists are shouting ‘Death to America,’ let us speak life, hope and a return to God in America!

Please pray for all in authority over us, for the full truth to come forth concerning #Benghazi. May God richly bless the United States of America, bring to light every single crooked place and keep her safe.  The lives lost in Benghazi, the continuing targeting of conservative groups by the Internal Revenue Service, Operation Fast and Furious, the Department of Justice targeting journalists phone records, the National Security Agency overstepping its legal authority are hardly “phony scandals.”  We continue to pray for truth to prevail in each of these situations.  Pray for the families who have lost loved ones, for those relentlessly targeted and for all of us who are proud to call ourselves American.

May we may arise united once again as One Nation Under God in this auspicious season in our country’s history. These are treacherous times and now more than ever we must maintain our walk with the Lord, saturate this country in prayer and stand for all that is right in America.  Fail not in this hour.

Pray for peace in Israel.  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

#Pray for America: #America-Love it or Leave it;   #God bless America; #Wake up America

Please Join Me In Prayer

Father God, we thank You for the ultimate price that Jesus paid to set us free.  Thank you, Lord, for choosing me. Draw me ever closer to You in my daily walk.  Grace me to hear Your guidance for my life.  Keep me from the pull of empty worldly temptation and diversion.   Use me to bring Your Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Place deep in our hearts the love of God and love of country that has guided this Nation from its inception.  Place deep in our hearts Your compassion for our fellow men and women.    Lead us to pray without ceasing for our brothers and sisters who suffer at the hands of Islamic terrorists. Open the eyes of our leaders to arise in this season to defend the very belief in You upon which our Nation is founded.  Thank You for keeping Your hand on America.  We humbly pray this in Jesus’ mighty name.  Amen and Amen.
